Great article Jacqueline, I am kind of stuck there. Yesterday my garden neighbour offered me some zuccini seedlings. I didn't really want them, but he really wanted to give them, so I accepted 1. He pushed me to take 2. I let him decide.
Not a big deal, but reflecting afterwards I realized that even in the more important decisions I don't know what I want (only what I dont want ) and let circumstances or others decide. And like you say, the fear of making wrong decisions can paralyse us.
And gets us reading, taking courses, coachings etc. to get busy moving closer to that "something" that's missing, to prove to ourselves and to others that we're on track. And hoping somehow in what we read or hear, the lightbulb will switch on... thanks for shedding light on this ✨️
