I encourage you to voice how you feel (judged, labeled as sexist) and explain to your daughter you do not accept this designation because it is unjustified.

Your daughter just seems to want to get away with being lazy. But this particular criticism cuts right through you, because you have been a victim yourself. Think about it : you were the victim, and now you're accused of being the criminal! You can't let her get away with this.

What is something that might stimulate her to action? It might be worth to ask her.

What works with my preteen son is telling him I need help (he then feels useful).

I made her read this this article, she laughed and said “it’s not that deep” I went ballistic and she has been quiet for a few days. She also asked me to elaborate on my childhood. Nani (my mother) is amazing to her so she was shocked. Thank you Ornella, yes I will keep at it.
