Our expectations of how the day ought to go can make us miserable. Been there just the other day, after coming back from holiday. I had a list of exciting and less exciting things to do. In my mind I had to catch up with the time I'd spent doing nothing productive (but enjoying time at the sea with my husband and son). That thought ruined my day as I was anxious to do much, which hindered me to do anything really well, always thinking of all I wasn't doing. It's self-sabotage.

Enjoy the time you have with your family and thanks for sharing the lovely photos.
